We are looking for a career-minded accounting professional to help serve the needs of our customers as we continue our growth. This person will be responsible for providing QuickBooks help, professional accounting, and management solutions to our small business customers. This individual may also be involved with special projects and offer support to the development of various solution offerings.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor (we can help you obtain this certification before you start employment with us)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with small businesses
  • Strong general ledger skills and a working knowledge of basic GAAP
  • Strong technology skills & proficiency with Microsoft Office products (must be an advanced Excel user)
  • Significant customer service experience
  • Strong initiative
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Unrelenting attention to detail with a big picture mentality
  • Strong Multi-tasking abilities
  • Commitment to teamwork and process improvement
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • A fun attitude and adaptability to a rapidly changing work environment
